I worked almost 35 hours at the store this week. Considering the assistant managers each worked about 39, to say that I am tired would be an understatement. Back to normal shifts and hours starting Sunday, but tomorrow I have to make a brief appearance at the Joe. My first and only this whole month. Thank you, Olympics! Michigan State vs Lake State....bad color combination, even worse other team's nickname. Perhaps I'll keep my peridot earrings in just for some Sparty flare. I have also decided that now is the time to start savoring the moments of being down there. I think I'm done getting pissed off and frustrated over things I have no control over...all I can do is keep the people in line, behind the line, and demand they wait for a break in the play. At least that is my goal...whether is happens or not is an entirely different story.
The Beatles are incredibly cheesy but produced such good music. Good thing they didn't quit their day job's to become actors. My old professor is still M.I.A. from the hosting the films and his replacement could use some work. Half ninja outfits seem to help do the trick on the conversation front, at least in a small measure, so that is a good thing.
Apparently it was Red Wings day for Team Sweden. Radio reports that Homer scored and all the rest of the Wings assisted in the other goals. Not too shabby. In correction of a myspace report: I have met at least one player from each olympic team except Italy and Finland. I'm not sure if you needed to know that, but now you do.
I think that should do it for my daily report. Ciao.
